Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have downloaded a digital product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The product file is corrupt or damaged and cannot be opened
• The product content is significantly different from the description provided
• Technical issues prevent you from accessing the purchased product

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible issue, please:

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase
2. Provide your order number and email address used for purchase
3. Describe the issue in detail
4. Provide evidence of the problem (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
